Bays Horizon Network
A farm the size of a bookshelf, run by an engine that learns.
We are wiring a real vertical farm to an AI engine that uses data from each growing cycle to inform future improvements. Join Early Access to see the builds, system diagrams, and monthly progress as we build toward an increasingly automated vFarm twin.

What vFarm is, in four lines.
See vFarm- A vertical farm rig sized for a spare room.P1.0 is a two-tier open-rack vFarm build, roughly the footprint of a bookshelf.
- Base vFarm includes the physical frame, trays, lights and pumps; control and automation capabilities are shown only when verified.
- Monitoring captures supported operating signals and surfaces verified system events for review.
- P1.0 is being built for monitored operation, with increasing automation as the development goal.
We build from first principles, not on top of old processes.
- 01 · Built from first principlesWe don't bolt AI onto old processes. We redesign the process, then build the system that runs it.
- 02 · Real systems, not demosEverything we ship is hardened, tested and logged, so when it breaks, it breaks loudly and gets fixed.
- 03 · Transparent by designEvery decision the engine makes leaves a record a person can read, so you can always see why.
Why is there a vertical farm here?
Because the farm is our proving ground. Crops, sensors, cameras and customers give our engine a real, physical system to run, where mistakes show up as data rather than slides. What we learn here carries forward into energy, housing, local production and, in time, advisory.

FAQ
The building side of Bays Horizon: the team, the experiments and the engine we're creating. Bays Horizon Advisory remains a planning practice focused on real families, real plans and resilient wealth. The Network is where the engine behind it gets built.
A set of AI systems and workflows we build and run ourselves, rather than rent. They log their own work, check it, flag what breaks, and leave a record a person can read, so we can always see why something happened.
It's our proving ground. A real farm with real crops, sensors and cameras gives the engine a physical system to run, where mistakes show up as data rather than slides. What works there carries forward to other domains.
A vertical farm cabinet for homes and shops, and the first product our engine runs. The vFarm page has what's being built and where it stands.
No. It's an expression of interest: not a purchase, a paid subscription, a hardware reservation or a delivery commitment. You'll receive build-progress updates and help shape what we prioritise.
